Shipping Terms

Nothing is shipped

Photo Express sells digital files only. There is no physical product, no courier, no shipping cost and no delivery address to enter.

How delivery works

  • When payment is confirmed, your files are produced and emailed to the address you gave at checkout — normally within minutes.
  • The email contains secure download links. Each link is valid for one hour; fresh links can be issued from your order confirmation page while your files exist.
  • Files are available for 14 days from the day the job was created, then deleted automatically. Download and keep your copies within that window.

If nothing arrives

Check the spam folder first, then write to the address below with your order number. An undeliverable email address is the most common cause; we can re-send to a corrected one.

The printable sheet

The printable sheet option is also a digital file — a print-ready layout with cut guides, sized for a standard 4 × 6 inch photo print. Printing it, at home or at a photo counter, is up to you.
