If something went wrong with an order

Include your order number, and — if an office rejected your photograph — the requirement they named. We keep the measurements for every job, so naming the requirement lets us check our own figure against theirs. Refund requests are answered within 14 days, as set out in Returns and Refunds.

If your files did not arrive

Check the spam folder first. A mistyped email address is the most common cause, and we can re-send to a corrected one. Files exist for 14 days from the day the job was created, so it is worth writing promptly.

If you want a document added

Tell us which country and which document. It helps enormously if you can link to the page where that authority publishes its photo requirements, because that is the source we have to read before it can be listed.

About your data

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted ahead of the automatic 14-day schedule, write from the address you used to order. What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
